1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to the Ejecto website, web app and any related ordering, printing and email services we provide. By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Account information — your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your name and Google profile basics. We use a passwordless sign-in (magic link / one-time code) or Google sign-in; we never see or store your Google password.
• Photos and uploads — the pet (or other) photos you upload so we can generate stickers, and the AI-generated sticker images produced from them.
• Order and shipping information — for printed orders, your name, delivery address, order contents and order history.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits of your card and billing country) but we do not store your full card number.
• Usage and device information — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and interactions, collected to run, secure and improve the Service.

3. How we use your information

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To generate stickers from your photos, and to store your packs so you can access them later.
• To process payments, fulfil and ship orders, and provide support.
• To send you transactional email (sign-in codes, order updates, receipts).
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Service.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

4. AI generation and your photos

We use Google’s Gemini models to generate sticker artwork from the photos you upload. Your uploaded photo is sent to Google for processing as part of generating your stickers. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to train our own models. Your uploads and generated stickers are stored in private storage associated with your account.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Google — AI sticker generation (Gemini) and Google sign-in.
• Supabase — authentication, database and secure storage of your account, photos and stickers.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending transactional email.
• Vercel — website and application hosting.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Outblock, our users or others.

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store and process data outside Australia (including in the United States and the European Union). Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, fulfil orders, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see section 9).

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email us at hao@outblock.io. We will respond within a reasonable period.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work without them.

11. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
