Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 May 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Ejecto service at pet.ejecto.app (the “Service”), operated by Outblock Pty Ltd (ABN 94 655 314 051) (“Outblock”, “we”, “us” or “our”) of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Ejecto lets you upload photos and use AI to generate sticker artwork, save sticker packs to your account, and optionally order printed stickers for delivery. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Your content and uploads
You retain ownership of the photos you upload (“Your Content”). You confirm that you own or have the rights to upload Your Content and that doing so does not infringe anyone’s rights. You grant us a licence to store, process and transmit Your Content (including to our AI provider) for the purpose of operating the Service and producing your stickers.
You must not upload content that:
- infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy;
- is unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit;
- depicts a person without their consent.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
4. AI-generated stickers
Stickers are generated using third-party AI models (Google Gemini). AI output can be unpredictable and may not always match your expectations. Subject to your statutory rights, AI-generated results are provided on an “as is” basis. As between you and us, you may use the stickers you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Orders, pricing and payment
- Prices and any credits are shown in the Service and may change over time.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing a paid order you authorise the applicable charge.
- An order is confirmed once payment is successful and we send you a confirmation.
- For printed products, delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in physical goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
Because printed stickers are custom-made from your photos, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at hao@outblock.io and we will make it right.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights;
- resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including the Ejecto brand, software, mascot and site content, is owned by Outblock or its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Google, Supabase, Stripe, Resend and Vercel. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, the Service is provided “as is”, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or product or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to protect the Service or other users.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
